tada!! A new map of Forest Creek Stables. I thought it was time to start making a map of the whole estate on one picture. I gotta say though...it was NOT easy.

soo let the tour begin!!

A: Entering through the main gates of FCS into the parking lot, please be sure to follow the arrows for your own convenience and to help avoid traffic jams.

B: The main barn of FCS which host the mares, foals geldings and guest. The stalls come in 9X9 feet box stalls and 8 X 12 feet birthing stalls for mare awaiting or mares with their foals. All stalls come with individual lights, outlets, sliding door and gates, running taps and heated buckets for the winter. All the aisles are concrete and rubber matted down the center for easy clean up. 5 washing stall with warm and cool water. Indoor washroom as well as heated tack room with lockers.

C: Statue of a horse and garden along the base.

D: Small barn which host the stallions and in house breeding shed. Barn has same features as the main barn.

E: Hay shed, also the on site Vet's office.

F: Double indoor arena full sized stadium. Two heated lounges and bleachers for watching. Mirrors on walls to help the riders.

G: Three stallion pastures. Runs through the main creek and has streams leading off the main and through the rest of the pastures. Natural shelter under trees and provide shade in the summers. Pastures can also double as cross country course.

H: Mares and foals pastures.

I: Viewing stands for Forest creek downs.

J: Small/ breeding pasture. Used for individual turn outs and/or breeding. Natural shelter from trees, also provide shade in the summers.

K: Main creek. Runs through entire property.

L: Forest Creek Downs race track. A Polyterf track with lake in the middle and winners circle for photos, and trophy ceremony.

M: Corral. Used for warm up and cool downs, breaking, and light exercise. Also used for horses coming out of recovery that need space to roam but aren't safe enough to return back to the pastures.

M: Two sand rings used for jumping and dressage. Now they are hosting a hunters course and a show jumping course.

O: Guest barn. Same features as the main barn.

P: Three large pastures - mares, stallions, individual. All have a creek running through them, nature shelter in the trees and also provide shade in the summer.

Q: Forest Creek Stables Rehabilitation Center. Same features as the main barn.

R: Large indoor arena. Used for exercise, training, therapy and turn out.

S: On site vet, blacksmith and handlers cottage. One floor. 5 bedroom, 3 bath, kitchen, dinning room, 2 offices, living room with fireplace, AC, attached storage shed and clinic.

T: 50 acre pasture for the rehab patients. Large portion of Main Creek run through the pasture to help cool the horses down in the summer and to help strengthen the horses to help with their treatment. for those that are to weak to swim, a small bridge allows them to cross the creek with ease to access the other half of the paddock.

U: Staff cottage. Two story, 6 bedroom, 6 full bath, and office space upstairs. Open spaced down stairs with kitchen, dinning room, kitchen with fireplace and bar.

V: Garage
